Yes, it is possible to pick up the order directly at our warehouse in Nänikon. You just need to change the shipping method in the shopping cart to "Pickup in warehouse". Please make an appointment with us for pickup time either by email or specify the date and time in the Order Notes.

The wines are shipped in the original 6-bottle cartons of our wineries, or with our own high-quality cartons when the order is less than one carton.
7 How to receive invoice?
We send the invoice to the invoice recipient by e-mail, the deliveries contain only a delivery note without the invoice amount. You can also download your invoice in your customer account.
8 Do you also provide gift packaging?
Yes, we can. Although our standard packaging are high quality cartons, we can provide gift packaging based on specific requirements, e.g. wooden boxes, gift cards etc. These will incur additional costs. 1 What if a wine is corked?
The chance is very low, as all our wines are bottled by our selected wineries with high-quality corks. Nevertheless, if it happens, we will be happy to help you. You can register the corked bottle with us within two years from the date of purchase by e-mail.
We reserve the right to request a return of the wine for examination. For this purpose the bottle must be 2/3 full and closed with the original cork. After the examination by our experts, you will receive a voucher for the value of the bottle, and you can use it for next purchase. The voucher is valid indefinitely.
Would you like a replacement delivery? For this you need to place a new order. Please note that the postage costs of CHF 9.95 for an order amount of less than CHF 120.00.
